See, evidently, if you have six or more sex toys in Texas, you can get busted for "promoting obscene materials or devices."

Now, I really don't see a reason for this. Unless you're using the Auto Vibe while driving, I don't really think sex toys in the car are going to impair you too much.

Basically, this is the kind of "please fuck in missionary position only with your opposite sex partner" legislation that needs to be done away with. I don't care if someone has a semi-truck full of Astroglide and a case of Trios, they shouldn't be getting prosecuted for it.

Sex toys are fun, and they're a great way to experience things that you wouldn't be able to otherwise. Forbidding them with no good reason (for the children, under god!) isn't going to do anyone any good. I don't see kids playing with dildos anyway...at least not most kids. And even if they did, at least they're not having sex, getting diseases and getting pregnant. I'd rather we give all girls a vibrator at age 13 and tell them how to use it than what's done now.

Many sex toys are sold to women who never learned as adolescents how to have an orgasm. The earlier they learn, the more easy it is for them to have one, but if they don't learn until their 30's, often a vibrator is the only way they can fully climax. Laws like the one in Texas take away some women's ONLY chance at getting genuine sexual satisfaction.

I guess it's good to know that Texas has no bigger problems and has time to prosecute people for helping others feel good with no side effects. But then again...maybe the Texas cops just wanted to take the toys for, er...you know.

Evidence.
