Kimble McLain, also known as Chucles the Clown has been cleared of indecent exposure. He argued that he didn't realize his zipper was down.

Judge Dana McReynolds said that prosecutors failed to prove McLain intentionally exposed himself to children. McLain had been arrested after allegedly exposing his naughty bits to children at Moline, IL Wal-Mart where he was doing magic tricks and making balloon animals. Shoppers and employees said they could see McLain's naughty bits.

McLain countered that he was mobbed by children and didn't realize his zipper was down until a boy told him, and that he immediately fixed the zipper.
